These Terms of Service govern your use of the House of Prosk Discord bot, referred to as the "Bot." By adding, configuring, or using the Bot in a Discord server, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Discord Terms

You may use the Bot only if you are allowed to use Discord and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and all applicable laws. If you use the Bot on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to add or manage bots for that server.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

• Violate any law, regulation, Discord policy, or third-party right.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
• Send spam, malicious content, or deceptive messages.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems.
• Use the Bot for activities that require professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical advice.

3. Server Configuration and Content

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used in their servers. You are responsible for any content, commands, settings, prompts, messages, or other information you submit to or through the Bot.

4. Availability and Changes

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, stop working, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may suspend or block use of the Bot if we believe these terms are being violated or if continued operation could create risk for the Bot, Discord users, or our systems.

5. Third-Party Services

The Bot operates on Discord and may rely on third-party hosting, infrastructure, APIs, or other services. Your use of Discord and any third-party service is also governed by that service's own terms and policies.

6. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of reliability, availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or server activity arising from or related to your use of the Bot.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time if necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or operate the Bot responsibly.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
